I am dropping the game engie I been using for the last few games to make a brand new type of game and I deiced to just upload the unfished SkyRealm Adventures as a way for people to play what I made so far since I am done with this project but dont wanna just remove it after what work I put into it.

So I hope you call can still enjoy it.

I am starting an all new style with the tools and tricks I learned and learned how to use.

Here is what to expect.

1-Flying adventure games like Skyrealm Quest

2-New animations and sprites (Made in flash)

3-An air walk animation when walking and flying animation when dashing

4-A Mana system and the C key to recharge your mana (Mana will be ammo)

5-A death animation and check points and start points.
(I been playing Megaman games and Inti Create games like Mighty GunVolt and Azura Striker Gunvolt)
These game me ideas on how to add check points and start points and even the idea of mixed size levels.

6-Eneimes with hit points unless they are ment to die with one hit.
(I tired out many ideas and finally came up with one that works 100%)

7-Running and jumping segments.
While I do want this to be an always flying (Or swimming in water levels) I do still have a place in my heart for fast running and jumping so I will make hidden bouns levels where you are now in a run and jump section where you can run and grab crystals for big points and if I feel the place needs it I will add a one hit exit chaster to speed things up or force the player to run....Think Rayman Legends when being chased by a wall of fire once you get started but not auto so you wont get caught off guard.

8-Bosses
After I make this system and make my 1st mini game to show this off I will not use bosses yet...Maybe a chase section but when I do make bosses I am mostly going to use the system I used in SkyRealm Quest but reduce the amount of hits a boss can do and make sure the AI is not too crazy like the boss "Virus" in stage 2.

9-New button layout
Since the last games used Z X and C for the run and jump levels, Flying had 2 shoot buttons which I tired to make a lock on shoot when in boss battles....Now the buttons will be Z for attack X for Dash and C for chrage.

10-(PC games only not flash version) Parallex scrolling....THANK GOD...This saves me A LOT OF TIME

11-Better sound effects.
I am going to use less annoying sound effects when shooting and add some vocals for PrincessLuna and maybe a boss when defeated and make sure the sfx audio is not over doing the music.

 

Ideas for later...

NeoLuna (Used in many of my animations)
Much like Super Sonic the hedgehog there is a super state for Luna....I will make the data but I may not have a use for it anytime soon but I think I can use it for a final boss or something.

Other players
I have other chars and may make them playable and even give them other attack patterns or even a melee fighter...
This one is all in the air for now but it can happen and its something I want to do later.

 

So this is the last game using this engine and I had planned to use this info to start off this year with a NEW style but I went to update my Sicrria arcade accoutn but that went a bit weird so I am back here a bit earlier than expected but out with the old and in with the new.

I worked on this like none stop...Sure I had to force myself to take a break every so often but I finally got this game uploaded before Jan.1st like I promised 

The only thing that was changed was the boss attack and boss attack X feature...
That made the game exceed the size limit so I had to cut it out the flash version.

The upside is that I uploaded the .exe version to my website game page that has all the features

I do kind of fear the same thing will happen to my Skyrealm Adventure game that I am still working on...In may ways this game already can trump the current game project..Mainly story and cut screen wise...

Well I'll still make it and see if it over exped the limit or not but for now this game is done and have a happy New year and etc.

That pinball game is something I do not wanna go out on and since I am waiting till next year to do the Skyrealm Adventure game I have a game in the works coming for this year.

This is just a sample

While its builed on the same game engine I made and used many times,
This time I am adding some story elements that is not still frames or pictures with moving mouths and stuff,
Also this game is all flying and swimming while Skyrealm Adventure will be mixed of run jump swim and fly.

Its...just something to settle an urge and to update my account...I just wanted to make a small pinball game.
 

It took me some time to get the pinball system working using TONS of test and tons of trial and error

Ultimately I just wanted to make a small game to take a break from my main game and just make something and keep my account updated.

I do have plans for bigger pinball games with more tables and...Well after playing a lot of ZenPinball and Kirby Pinball Land and other pinball games I just wanted to do something small, It can look very lazy and a bit unfinish but...well thats it...Oh I also have ideas that can use this 3D ball

Well I will get back to work on my main game...I should upload it next year so it can be a candiate for the game of that year....Sure I can make something better a long the way but I think that game should be for next year.

I am currently working on the stage 2 boss battle

 

Sorry this is a bit long..I want this game to be good because I dont know how long I will make another big game for my account so I want it to shine.

I have been working on stage 2 for some time and now you can see in this test video how the stage looks so far,
I added forground and background sprites and even added 3 ways to go for a chance to pick the style of the game you wish to play.

So far things are going REALLY good but I am working to not over do the size limit.

I'll have updates as the game gets more updated over time

I am working on a game called "SkyRealm Adventure"

After this I decied to change my mind on how the game was going to play and this was the end results

Let me get this out the way early....The story will bein slides not animated clips...Maybe next time.

I later went to a system like most of my games where the levels go from run&jump and some flying and swimming sections.

Gameplay test 1

You can see I am adding new sprites and things like pass by towns and npc's with things to say and more background layers....That BG background...Its going to change later

Here is the same level with a boss test

I now added a gameover ONLY in boss battles with a chance to get back up or end the game,
While the system is pretty much the same as others, Come stage 2 I am going in a new direction,
I am going to add branching paths so some areas you can go to a swim or fly section giving the game 
some extra replay vaules.
 

I am at the moment making sprites for the flying carnival level.

I went to the view all button and played some of my early uploads and wow...Over time the advice and hard but for the best words of wisdom I see my games has grown for the better.

 

Some of my earlier games went from...

Too fast and only shoot one way
Too fast and shooting is all over the place
Crazy hard boss battles
...
Some changes showed things are working well and ended up with some good games and some duds

 

But now seeing what I have done...Yes my games have gotten better and if you like to see, 
Check my games and see how my older games are to my newer ones

I had an error and had to start over, I mostly only had the 1st stage and some stuff but now I am going to fix the HP lost and no diying so this will nto happen again.

This does means I can bring back the water levels and no one hit kills.

After seeing how the game changes when turned into a .swf file I am going to go change things up this time..

The next game will not feature a water or flying level

There will not be a helath system and go back to one hit kill system
(Music will not restart when or if hit)

I plan to make shorter levels so levels wont feel tidius getting near the end and having to start over

As of now no bosses or monster clearing rooms its just going to be the same as part 1 but an attempt to have less
glitches and buggs,

I thank you for the support and still trying my games dispite the ups and downs...
